InterContinental Hotels Group PLC has announced the buyback of 29,381 of its own shares on 12 September 2024, with an average price per share of £77.2117. Following the transaction, the company plans to cancel the acquired shares, which will leave it with 159,500,696 shares in issue, excluding the treasury-held shares. This buyback is in line with the authorization from the company’s Annual General Meeting earlier in the year.
