InterContinental Hotels Group PLC has announced the buyback of 19,959 of its ordinary shares on April 22, 2024, for prices ranging from £78.2400 to £79.2600 per share. The company plans to cancel these shares, which will reduce the total number of ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares. The repurchase is part of a program authorized by shareholders during the last Annual General Meeting.
