InterContinental Hotels Group PLC has announced the repurchase of 32,660 of its own ordinary shares on April 16, 2024, at prices ranging from £77.2600 to £78.4200 per share with the intention to cancel them. Following this transaction, the total number of ordinary shares in issue is 163,172,943, excluding the treasury-held shares. The buyback aligns with the authorization from the company’s shareholders obtained during the Annual General Meeting on May 5, 2023.
