InterContinental Hotels Boosts Shareholder Value with Stock Buyback

InterContinental Hotels (GB:IHG) has released an update.

InterContinental Hotels Group has repurchased 19,950 of its own shares on the London Stock Exchange, with prices ranging from £93.14 to £94.16 per share, and plans to cancel them, reducing its shares in issue to 158.76 million. This stock buyback, facilitated by Goldman Sachs International, reflects the company’s ongoing strategy to enhance shareholder value by optimizing its capital structure.
