Intercede Executives Increase Shareholdings

Intercede Group plc (GB:IGP) has released an update.

Intercede Group plc, a cybersecurity software company, has confirmed the completion of a share incentive scheme whereby CEO Klaas van der Leest and CFO Nitil Patel increased their holdings in the company’s ordinary shares. Van der Leest’s stake now represents 1.55% of the issued share capital, while Patel holds 0.07%. The move underlines Intercede’s commitment to aligning the interests of its management with those of its shareholders.
