Intercede (GB:IGP) has released an update.
Intercede’s CEO, Klaas van der Leest, has exercised 130,000 share options, increasing his stake to approximately 1.77% of the company’s enlarged issued share capital. Following the exercise, Intercede is set to issue new Ordinary Shares, which will be admitted to trading around 21 June 2024, impacting the company’s total number of voting rights. The cybersecurity firm, known for its digital identity solutions, continues to secure various sectors with its comprehensive suite of security products.
