Intercede (GB:IGP) has released an update.
Intercede, a leader in cybersecurity software, has repurchased 13,478 of its own shares at a price of 163.22 pence each as part of its ongoing share buyback program. This move is aimed at enhancing shareholder value and reflects the company’s confidence in its market position. The acquired shares will be held in treasury, bringing the total ordinary shares in issue to 58,830,857.
