Interactive Strength Inc. has enhanced its Board of Directors by appointing the seasoned financial expert David Leis. With a rich background that includes co-founding Pluperfect, senior roles at Lippincott and Oliver Wyman, and experience in private equity at Stone Point Capital, Leis brings a wealth of strategic and financial acumen to the table. His appointment also extends to the company’s Audit Committee, and as part of his compensation, Leis will receive stock options valued at $240,000, vesting over three years or upon a change in control of the company.
