Intensity Therapeutics, Inc. has launched an Incentive Compensation Plan designed to motivate employees to fulfill individual and company-wide performance objectives. Effective from October 1, 2023, this plan allows all salaried staff, including executives, to earn cash bonuses based on annual performance goals. These goals, set by the CEO and approved by the Board, are linked to a formula that calculates bonuses using a mix of individual and company achievements, with varying weights reflecting the employee’s influence on the company’s success.
