Intelligent Wave Inc. plans to pay a year-end dividend of 25 yen per share for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024, marking an increase from the previous year’s 20 yen per share, as part of their commitment to enhancing shareholder returns. This includes a commemorative dividend of 10 yen in celebration of the company’s 40th anniversary. The total annual dividend, including the interim dividend, will be 40 yen per share, reflecting the company’s new policy to distribute around 50% of its profits as dividends.
