Intellicheck Mobilisia (IDN) has shared an announcement.
Intellicheck, Inc. has reached a separation agreement with Jeffrey Ishmael, its CFO and COO, who will depart on August 31, 2024. Ishmael will provide transition services post-departure and has agreed to a general release of claims and confidentiality terms. He will receive $357,500 over 12 months, along with certain benefit reimbursements. The separation is amicable, with no disagreements on company operations. Details will be disclosed in an upcoming quarterly report and have been announced in a press release.
