Integrated Media Technology Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Jannu Binti Babjan as an independent non-executive member of the Board, effective May 23, 2024. Ms. Babjan brings over 29 years of legal experience, specializing in a range of civil litigation areas, and fulfills Nasdaq and U.S. securities law independence requirements. Her notable background includes practicing as an Advocate & Solicitor in Malaysia and a brief previous directorship within the company.
