Integral Diagnostics Ltd. has announced an update on its proposed merger with Capitol Health Limited, indicating that it has applied for informal clearance from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) and is awaiting a decision. The ACCC is set to invite submissions from interested parties and announce its findings shortly. Integral Diagnostics expects the merger to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2024, provided all conditions are met.
