Integral Diagnostics Moves Forward with Capitol Health Acquisition

Capitol Health Limited (AU:CAJ) has released an update.

Integral Diagnostics’ acquisition of Capitol Health will proceed without opposition, following the ACCC’s requirement for the divestiture of a radiology clinic in Melton, Victoria. This move aims to maintain competition in the region, as the acquisition consolidates two major diagnostic imaging providers. The ACCC has found that the acquisition poses no significant competition concerns in other areas of Australia.
