Integral Diagnostics Limited has announced the issuance of 185,795 new performance rights under its FY24 Short Term Incentive plan, set to be issued on September 16, 2024. These equity securities are currently unquoted and will become part of the employee incentive scheme, not available for public trading until certain restrictions are lifted.
