Integral Diagnostics Expands with Capitol Health Acquisition

Integral Diagnostics Ltd. (AU:IDX) has released an update.

Integral Diagnostics’ acquisition of Capitol Health has been cleared by the ACCC, provided they divest a radiology clinic in Melton, Victoria, to ensure competition remains strong. The acquisition will see Integral Diagnostics expand its reach across 60 radiology sites in multiple Australian states. This move aims to enhance their diagnostic imaging services without compromising competition, especially in the Melton area.
