Ian Kadish, a director at Integral Diagnostics Ltd., has reported a change in his shareholdings, acquiring an additional 29,072 Performance Rights under the company’s Equity Incentive Plan, as approved by shareholders. This change, dated 16th September 2024, leaves Kadish with a total of 585,476 ordinary shares and 647,932 various Performance Rights. The notice confirms that no shares were disposed of, and the newly acquired rights pertain to the fiscal year 2024’s Short Term Incentive (STI) plan.
