Integra Resources Corp., a significant precious metals exploration and development firm in the Great Basin of the Western US, has announced a merger with Florida Canyon Gold Inc, with a transaction completion expected in Q4 2024. In addition to the merger, which implies a C$95 million valuation for Florida Canyon Gold Inc, Integra has detailed a bought deal private placement offering of 14,900,000 subscription receipts to raise approximately C$20 million. These strategic moves aim to strengthen Integra’s position as a mid-tier gold and silver producer in the US.
