InsuraGuest Technologies Inc. (TSE:ISGI) has released an update.
InsuraGuest Technologies, Inc. successfully completed its Rights Offering on April 29, 2024, raising approximately $813,111 after all 65,048,925 rights were exercised. Douglas Anderson, who guaranteed the offering, significantly increased his shareholding to 31% of the company by exercising oversubscription rights. Meanwhile, proceeds from Company director Paul Skene’s rights purchase are held in escrow pending regulatory approval due to his potential rise to a more than 10% shareholder status.
