Douglas K. Anderson, a major shareholder and officer of InsuraGuest Technologies, has increased his stake in the company, acquiring over 7 million additional common shares. This acquisition raises his ownership to approximately 56% of the company’s issued and outstanding shares, when including the share purchase warrants he holds. Anderson states that the shares were acquired for investment purposes and he has no immediate plans to alter the company’s business structure or management.
