Jack B. Nielsen has abruptly resigned from the Board of Directors of Instil Bio, Inc., citing personal reasons, and with no disagreements on company operations or policies. The company expressed gratitude for Nielsen’s service and swiftly appointed existing board member George Matcham, Ph.D., to the Audit Committee to fill the vacancy.
