The latest announcement is out from Instalco AB ( (SE:INSTAL) ).
Instalco’s Swedish subsidiary Enter Ställningar AB, which offers drawings, calculations, assembly and leasing of construction and industrial scaffolding, has secured a major framework agreement with VAROPreem Sverige AB, a newly formed European energy company created through VARO Energy’s acquisition of Swedish refiner Preem. Under the agreement, Enter Ställningar will deliver industrial scaffolding to all VAROPreem facilities in Sweden from 2026 to 2029, with extension options of up to two additional years, positioning Instalco in one of Sweden’s largest scaffolding maintenance contracts and strengthening its role in the petrochemical and energy infrastructure segment.
The deal covers all industrial scaffolding for VAROPreem’s petrochemical complex and associated infrastructure through to final products, reflecting a deep, multi-year collaboration built on a tender process that included close dialogue and proactive solution design. By winning this extensive contract, Enter Ställningar broadens its long-term order book in Sweden’s industrial maintenance market, potentially enhancing Instalco’s recurring revenue base and reinforcing its profile as a key technical partner to large energy-sector clients in Northern Europe.
