Inspiration Healthcare Group PLC has announced the successful raise of approximately £2.5 million through a new share issuance, which included both a Placing and Subscription, at a significant discount to the prior day’s closing market price. The capital raised will help advance the company’s growth in the neonatal intensive care medical device sector. The shares are expected to commence trading on the AIM market following a General Meeting to finalize the capital raising efforts.
