Inspiration Energy Corp. has announced a share consolidation, proposing to convert every five existing common shares into one new share, resulting in a post-consolidation total of 9,622,729 shares. The move aims to enhance the company’s ability to seek additional financing and is pending approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange. Despite this change, the company, which focuses on mineral exploration in Canada, will retain its name and ticker symbol.
