INOVIQ Director Increases Stake in Share Placement

Inoviq Ltd (AU:IIQ) has released an update.

INOVIQ Limited has reported a change in the holdings of Director David Williams, who acquired 180,000 Ordinary Fully Paid Shares and 90,000 Listed Options, at a price of $0.50 per share, as part of a Share Placement approved in an Extraordinary General Meeting on August 21, 2024. Post the transaction, Williams’ indirect interests include over 2.6 million shares each in Lawn Views Pty Ltd and Moggs Creek Pty Ltd, among other holdings.
