Inomin Mines Inc. has announced an extension for its ongoing non-brokered private placement aiming to raise up to $500,000 for working capital and to advance its Beaver-Lynx project, where it has discovered critical minerals. The company has already made progress in identifying multiple mineral exploration targets and plans a drilling program to establish its first resource estimate. All securities issued will be subject to a four-month hold period, with final completion contingent on regulatory approvals, including from the TSX Venture Exchange.
