Inomin Mines Inc ( (TSE:MINE) ) has provided an announcement.
Inomin Mines Inc. and Sumitomo Metal Mining Canada Ltd. are planning the next exploration program at the 28,000-hectare Beaver-Lynx polymetallic project in south-central British Columbia, following 2025 drilling that expanded the South zone and confirmed a large nickel-magnesium-cobalt-PGE system. The 2026 campaign will further delineate the South zone and initiate first-ever drilling at the Lynx block, where magnetic surveys suggest targets as large or larger than those already drilled, reinforcing Beaver-Lynx’s potential as a significant district-scale source of critical minerals near major existing copper operations and key infrastructure.
Located about 50 kilometres north of Williams Lake and adjacent to the Gibraltar mine, Beaver-Lynx benefits from year-round road access, nearby hydro power, and proximity to rail lines, which together lower logistical barriers to large-scale exploration. Previous work on the Beaver block has outlined multiple mineralized zones containing nickel, magnesium, cobalt, platinum, palladium, and additional metals such as chromium, copper, silver, and gold, positioning the project as a notable emerging polymetallic asset in a well-established mining region.
