Innovotech Inc. has successfully held its annual general and special meeting, with all proposed resolutions passed, including the re-election of its five directors and the appointment of D&H Group LLP as auditors. The meeting also saw the adoption of an Omnibus Security Based Compensation Plan to enhance flexible performance rewards and the grant of 250,000 stock options to directors to incentivize future company growth.
