Innovent Biologics (HK:1801) has released an update.
Innovent Biologics, Inc. has announced the grant of 385,384 share options and restricted shares to ten of its employees, with an exercise price set at HK$38.30 per share. The options, which are part of the company’s Post-IPO Employee Share Option Plan (ESOP), will vest between 2027 and 2028 and are contingent upon meeting individual performance targets. The validity period for these options extends for ten years from the grant date.
