Innovative Pharmaceutical Biotech Limited has announced an extension of the long stop dates for both the New Convertible Bond (CB) Subscription Agreement and the Existing CB Deed of Amendment. The completion deadlines for these agreements, initially set for May 30, 2024, are now extended to June 30, 2024, to allow more time for fulfilling the prerequisite conditions. Other than the extension, all other terms of the agreements remain unchanged.
