Innovative Pharmaceutical Biotech Limited has announced the retirement of its auditor, Elite Partners CPA Limited, who will not seek re-appointment after their term ends at the upcoming annual general meeting on August 29, 2024. Consequently, the planned resolution for Elite Partners’ re-appointment and remuneration has been withdrawn from the meeting’s agenda. The company is now in the process of finding a suitable replacement and will convene an extraordinary general meeting to propose the appointment of a new auditor.
