Innovative Food Holdings, Inc. successfully completed the sale of its Bonita Springs warehouse to Gulf Coast Aluminum for $2.45 million. This strategic transaction involved a 1.1-acre property with a 10,000 square foot facility, including office and warehouse space, along with additional warehouse equipment. The deal, which was initially agreed upon in December 2023, resulted in approximately $1.9 million in net proceeds for the company, contributing to its financial movements and operational restructuring.
