InnoTek Limited has announced significant changes to its Board of Directors, including the retirement of Mr Steven Chong Teck Sin and Mr Sunny Wong Fook Choy after their years of service, and the appointment of Mr Ng Hin Lee as an Independent Director. Mr Ng Hin Lee will also serve as Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee and a member of the Nominating and Remuneration Committees, marking a reconstitution of the Board and Board Committees.
