InnoScience (Suzhou) Technology Holding Co Ltd Class H ( (HK:2577) ) just unveiled an update.

InnoScience (Suzhou) Technology reported that 2025 revenue rose 46.3% year-on-year to RMB1,213.3 million, with its consolidated gross profit margin turning positive at 7.3% after being negative a year earlier. The company attributed this turnaround to scale effects from higher capacity and shipments, a shift toward higher value-added GaN products and tighter cost controls in manufacturing and the supply chain.

The group expanded GaN chip applications beyond consumer electronics into AI data centers, new energy vehicles and robot joint drives, completing the move from concept to mass production in these fields. It entered the 800V high-voltage direct current power architecture of leading AI infrastructure customers such as NVIDIA, grew AI and data center GaN revenue by just over 50% and strengthened its role in defining next-generation high-density computing power systems.

In automotive markets, InnoScience saw deliveries of automotive-grade GaN chips double, lifting revenue in this segment as GaN moved into large-scale vehicle integration. The company progressed from on-board chargers and DC-DC converters to first verification of main drive inverters and achieved key milestones, including mass deployment of a 6.6kW OBC system with partners and automotive-grade certification of bidirectional devices to support mass production plans.

Low-voltage GaN products for autonomous driving, LiDAR and in-vehicle electronics also posted strong growth, while new applications in LED headlights, automotive audio and DC-DC converters began shipping. These developments indicate a broad and accelerating adoption of GaN technology across core AI and automotive sectors, reinforcing InnoScience’s strategic positioning in next-generation power electronics.
