Inkeverse Group Limited announced the resignation of Ms. Fung Po Ting from her roles as joint company secretary, authorised representative, and process agent, effective from August 30, 2024. Ms. Au Wing Sze, with over a decade of experience in corporate secretarial services, will replace Ms. Fung in all her former positions. The board expressed appreciation for Ms. Fung’s contributions and welcomed Ms. Au to her new appointment.
