Inghams Director Buys Shares on Market

Inghams Group Ltd. (AU:ING) has released an update.

Inghams Group Limited has reported a change in the holdings of director Margaret Haseltine, who acquired 12,730 ordinary shares through an on-market trade at $3.140 per share, totaling $39,972.20. The shares were purchased indirectly via Worrall SMSF Pty Ltd ATF Worrall Superannuation Fund, where Haseltine is both a director and a beneficiary.
