Ingenta PLC, a leading provider of software to the publishing industry, reports successful passage of all resolutions at its Annual General Meeting, with a notable directorate change as Sebastian White steps down from his non-executive director role. Shareholders have approved a final 2023 dividend payment, culminating in a total annual dividend of 4.1 pence per share. The company expressed gratitude to White for his contributions and wished him well in future endeavors.
