Ingenta Director’s Associate Sells Shares

Ingenta (GB:ING) has released an update.

Ingenta PLC, a key player in software and services for the publishing and media industries, has disclosed that Kestrel Partners LLP, connected to Non-executive Director Sebastian White, sold 100,000 shares at £1.3972 each. Post-transaction, Kestrel retains a 22.45% holding in Ingenta, indirectly controlling the voting rights over 3,263,864 shares through nominees. The transaction occurred on the London Stock Exchange on May 31, 2024.
