Ingenia Communities Group Director Steps Down

Ingenia Communities Group (AU:INA) has released an update.

Ingenia Communities Group has announced that Greg Hayes ceased to be a director of the company as of July 1, 2024. The notice details Hayes’ relevant interests, including 32,000 fully paid stapled securities held by Grasmere Custodians Pty Limited, as trustee for the Hayes Family Super Fund, where Hayes serves as a director and beneficiary. No further director’s interests in contracts were reported.
