ING GROEP Advances Share Buyback Program

ING GROEP (GB:0RIC) has released an update.

ING GROEP has made significant progress in its €2.5 billion share buyback program, repurchasing nearly 18 million shares at an average price of €15.43 each in one week, amounting to €276 million. This latest action brings the total buyback to over 113 million shares at an average price of €15.91, with the program now approximately 72% complete. The initiative is aimed at reducing the company’s share capital and providing value to shareholders.
