ING Advances Towards Share Buyback Completion

ING GROEP (GB:0RIC) has released an update.

ING Groep N.V. has made significant progress in its €2.5 billion share buyback program, repurchasing over 11 million shares in one week at an average price of €15.85 each. To date, the company has acquired 124 million shares for nearly €1.97 billion, completing approximately 79% of the planned buyback. The repurchase initiative aims to reduce ING’s share capital and enhance shareholder value.
