Infratil Limited Issues New Shares Under Dividend Plan

Infratil Limited (IFUUF) has released an update.

Infratil Limited has issued 3,652,413 new ordinary shares at NZ$10.15 each, totaling a 0.39% increase in the current class of financial products, as part of the Dividend Reinvestment Plan for the FY2024 final dividend. The shares, which rank equally with existing shares, bring the total to 939,448,680 ordinary shares, excluding treasury stock. The decision was authorized by board resolutions in May and June of 2024.
