Infratil Limited ( (IFUUF) ) has shared an update.
Infratil has reported a higher independent valuation for its data centre investment CDC as at 31 December 2025, reflecting strong growth in contracted and operating capacity. CDC’s value has risen by A$349 million over the quarter to A$14.0 billion at the midpoint of the valuation range, driven by an additional 40MW of contracted capacity, 196MW of new operating capacity, and ongoing expansion of its build programme. Consequently, Infratil’s 49.72% stake in CDC is now assessed at A$6.954 billion, up A$174 million since 30 September 2025, underscoring the continued appreciation of its data centre platform and reinforcing the strategic importance of digital infrastructure within Infratil’s portfolio.
