Infratil Limited (IFUUF) has released an update.
Infratil Limited Director Peter Springford has increased his stake in the company, purchasing 6,896 ordinary shares at NZ$10.15 each, for a total consideration of NZ$69,994.40. The transaction took place during a retail offer on July 16, 2024, which has brought his total number of shares to 57,681. Additionally, Springford holds a joint beneficial interest in 40,000 IFT Infrastructure Bonds through the Springford Family Trust.
