An update from AEVIS VICTORIA SA ( (CH:AEVS) ) is now available.
Infracore AG, a specialist in hospital real estate, has signed a long-term commercial lease with Kantonsspital Winterthur for the Privatklinik Lindberg site in Winterthur, including the hospital building, parking garage and outdoor areas totaling around 10,484 square meters. The space will be taken over in stages from October 2026, following the relocation of Privatklinik Lindberg’s activities to Swiss Medical Network facilities in Zurich and Schaffhausen.
Kantonsspital Winterthur plans to expand acute geriatric and palliative care services at the Lindberg site, turning the property into a hub for these specialties. The agreement underscores the quality of Infracore’s real estate portfolio, supports diversification of its tenant base, and is expected to reduce its rental income concentration from Swiss Medical Network from 89% to about 75% as part of a broader strategy to build long-term partnerships with leading Swiss healthcare providers.
The most recent analyst rating on (CH:AEVS) stock is a Buy with a CHF17.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on AEVIS VICTORIA SA stock, see the CH:AEVS Stock Forecast page.
