Informa (GB:INF) has released an update.
Informa PLC has announced the appointment of Maria Kyriacou as a new Non-Executive Director, also assigning her to the Audit and Nomination Committees. Kyriacou’s previous experience includes leadership roles in major global entertainment businesses such as Paramount Global and ITV Studios, as well as a finance background with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Her addition to the Board is expected to enhance Informa’s growth and expertise as the company progresses.
