Informa (GB:INF) has released an update.
Informa PLC has expanded its share buyback program to £1.56 billion, with the latest purchase of 590,379 ordinary shares for cancellation, reflecting its commitment to accelerating shareholder returns. The shares were bought through Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc at prices ranging from 841.80 to 849.80 pence per share. Following the cancellation, Informa’s total number of shares in issue and total voting rights will stand at 1,330,833,788.
