Informa Cancels 859,270 Shares in Ongoing £200m Buyback Programme

Informa ( (GB:INF) ) has issued an update.

Informa PLC has updated the market on its 2026 share buyback programme, part of its wider capital allocation strategy aimed at delivering consistent shareholder returns. The company has committed at least £200m to buybacks this year as it continues to focus on returning capital to investors.

Between 13 and 17 April, Informa repurchased a total of 859,270 ordinary shares across multiple trading venues, with all acquired shares to be cancelled. Following these transactions, the company’s share count will fall to 1,271,192,868 ordinary shares in issue, and Informa plans to continue announcing buyback activity on a weekly basis.
