Infomedia Ltd has announced the appointment of Joe Powell, a veteran in digital and education businesses, as an independent non-executive director, set to join on October 15, 2024. Additionally, Kim Anderson will retire from her director and committee chair roles after four years of service following the next AGM on November 19, 2024.
