Infomedia Ltd, a global provider of DaaS and SaaS solutions for the automotive industry, announces the retirement of its Chairman, Mr. Bart Vogel, after eight years of service. Vogel will be succeeded by Mr. Jon Brett, an experienced executive with a background in finance, technology, and corporate advisory, at the upcoming AGM on November 19, 2024. Brett’s prior roles include executive positions at Investec and directorships at Corporate Travel Management and Raiz Invest, bringing a wealth of strategic knowledge to his new position as Chairman-elect.
